TESTIMONY |

“We have been working under very tight time lines and with
very limited budget. We have had to begin construction while
still planning the building in order to meet deadlines. We
have had to revise the plans that were made in order to meet
budget guidelines. Given all that… your team met the
challenges posed by these issues. My observations in working
with your group, they are professional, knowledgeable,
customer focused and probably most importantly...flexible. For
me personally, they have been invaluable in “showing me the
ropes” in regard to construction processes. Our experience has
been a positive one and I would not hesitate to call upon the
services on your company in the future.”

"Working with
The Bainey Group has been a high point in my career. It is a
rare opportunity to work with a group of professionals that
truly enjoy what they do and do it well. Their organized
approach to project management insured a smooth transition
from concept to completion and, incredibly enough, they were
on time and under budget. The quality of construction and
their "sage" advice thru the design stage gave us a building
with a significant "WOW" factor and "impact" both in our
community and with our customers. A hearty recommendation
hardly seems enough."

"As I have in
the past few months, I will continue to recommend the Bainey
Group to anyone interested in a commercial construction
project. Your customers and prospective customers simply can't
go wrong. The Bainey Group is a first class organization
providing first class service to its customers. In an industry
where concluding frustrations with the General Contractor
abound, I want you to know that for our next project, the
Bainey Group will be our first and only stop.”

“I would like to express my gratitude toward the level of
service & professionalism that I recently received from The
Bainey Group, Inc. As with any corporate move, this entailed a
great deal of modification in the new location so that it was
property suited to our specific needs. Due to the timeframe of
the move, we had very little time to ensure that the
modifications to our new space were in place. During our
company relocation, you provided a level of service that was
in my experience , unparalleled in terms of quality,
timeliness & professionalism. Thanks to the hard work &
dedication of your company, our move was accomplished
seamlessly, & the modifications to the new location were
accomplished in a manner that exactly met our needs &
schedule. I would highly recommend The Bainey Group based on
my experience during this transition. You & your company
helped greatly to ease what could have been an extremely
difficult time!
With Thanks,
