Our Administrative and Accounting staff work closely with our project managers to accomplish necessary tasks such as; creating contracts and subcontracts, administering project submittals, subcontractor communications, meeting minutes, project billings, and subcontractor payments.


In addition to project-support, The Bainey Group’s inner workings include a vibrant Safety Program that currently has logged over 200,000 man hours without a recordable incident, an emergency preparedness action plan (EPAP) allowing us to maintain normal business operations in the event of a catastrophe or loss of a key employee, and an advanced financial management process to protect our client’s financial and property assets, to pay our subcontractor’s promptly, and allow us to adapt to any of our client’s accounting. Our depth behind the scenes gives our client’s the peace of mind that their interests are secure with The Bainey Group, while enjoying a “small-business” relationship.
